About our Family
Lux was started in 1948 by Johnny and Addie Lux with one uncovered truck. The first enclosed van was added in 1956. The first totally NEW truck was a 1960 International which is still in service, although it mainly keeps a proud and diligent watch over the parking lot.
Since that time, Lux has always been a family owned and operated business, with the exception of a few years in the late 1970's.

We are conveniently located in Bozeman Montana right off Interstate 191, exit 305, otherwise known as 19th street! Give us a call or e-mail with any questions.
This is where it started
Until 1984, our warehouse was located in downtown Bozeman on Mendenhall, first at 41 then 138 West Mendenhall. But as the size of moving vans increased, we found it necessary to relocate to the present location on Simmental Way.

Today Lux has grown to 13,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 143 various size mini units, that is a total 39,000 sq ft. of space... Come and visit us today!
